Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order, however, if you aren’t completely satisfied then please contact us on nubiumcandles@gmail.com and we will get back to you promptly.

All deliveries are sent thoroughly packaged with strong recyclable packaging, however, occasionally things can get damaged in transit. If this happens we are more than happy to refund or replace the damaged items provided a photo of the damage is sent to us within 5 days of delivery.

We are happy to exchange any unwanted items for another item to the same value within 14 days of purchase. Any return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
